The CLOUD is simply a folder that lives on the Internet. There are now many services that allow you to move your paper documents, photos, music, et al to a personal (and secure) folder that you can access from any PC and smart device.
We can move you to the following cloud services:
Webmail Gmail is our current favorite. We can setup a personal or corporate Gmail account and install it on your PC or smart device (iPad, iPhone)
DropBox This is a great product to store your documents securely on an Internet server. You will then be able to access your documents from any PC or smart device.
Scan to PDF If you want to move to the cloud, you must first digitize your paper documents. We can teach you to scan your documents directly into PDF format.
